It will establish a 12-month eligibility list which may be used to fill similar positions.

About us
Community Nursing is committed to excellence in the provision of Primary Health Care to the people of Yukon. This is accomplished by assisting individuals and families to achieve and maintain optimal health through the provision of treatment services, health education, promotional activities, disease prevention and individual counseling techniques. Our Yukon Telehealth Network Program is a key component that allows us to support the needs of the patients, healthcare professionals, and Yukon communities.
Who we are looking for
This role requires an individual who can develop training materials to educate users and rural Telehealth site coordinators. The ideal candidate is skilled in designing, improving, collating and analyzing databases to provide resources for telehealth statistics requested by various government departments. Additionally, the person must be confident, composed, responsive, and approachable when interacting with patients, families, and clinicians.

Essential qualifications
Please submit your resume clearly demonstrating how you meet the qualifications below. Selections for further consideration will be based solely on the information you provide in your resume.
- Post secondary coursework in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Experience using a variety of database applications
- Experience working with business partners internal and external
- Experience providing education, guidance, coaching on various platforms to staff members
Candidates with education and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications may be equally considered.

Job requirements
This job requires you to perform, and/or be exposed to, the following:
Lifting up to 25lbs unassisted and up to 60lbs assisted; exposure to dust, animals, flowers/plants and environmental allergens in some cases; travel within Whitehorse and to communities as needed; use of stairs; and bending, lifting and kneeling.
