To provide legal secretarial and administrative support to the lawyers in the Solicitors Group and other related duties. The incumbent is required to work independently and work with lawyers in various practice areas, including: corporate/commercial, contracts, intellectual property, regulatory law, administrative law, environmental law, governance and finance, constitutional law, access to information and privacy law, health law, aboriginal law, real property and lands, and labour relations.

Essential Qualifications
Please submit your resume clearly demonstrating how you meet the following qualifications. Please note selection for further consideration will be based solely on the information you provide in your resume.
- Completion of an Office Administration program; a Legal Administration certificate is preferred;
- Extensive experience providing senior level executive and administrative support;
- Experience working with legal and/or court processes;
- Experience providing financial administration (processing invoices, and creating and reconciling budget reports) and financial management systems;
Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above will be equally considered.

- Must be able to obtain Notary Public appointment within 6 months of hire.
