We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as the Executive Assistant to the Deputy Minister, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting the leadership of the Department of Highways & Public Works. This position will manage the DM’s office, coordinate communications, and act as a key liaison with government and external partners, while maintaining positive relationships across organizations. Essential Qualifications
Please submit your resume clearly demonstrating how you meet the qualifications below. Selections for further consideration will be based solely on the information you provide in your resume.
- Experience providing executive administrative support to senior leaders, such as managing schedules, coordinating communications, and handling confidential information.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and editing high-level documents including briefing notes, reports, and official correspondence.
- Experience acting as the point of contact between senior leadership, government officials, and external stakeholders.
- Post-secondary coursework in office administration, business, or a related field would be considered an asset.
Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.
