We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our Forms team within eServices for Citizens branch. This position is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining official Government of Yukon forms in both online and PDF formats. Working with departments across government, the Forms Designer ensures all forms are brand-compliant, accessible, bilingual, user-friendly, and aligned with Government of Yukon’s digital standards.

Essential Qualifications
Please submit your resume clearly demonstrating how you meet the qualifications below. Selections for further consideration will be based solely on the information you provide in your resume.
- Experience in graphic design, web design, forms, and multimedia/interaction design, including desktop publishing.
- Experience in client liaison and stakeholder collaboration while managing priorities and ensuring compliance.
- Experience in project coordination, record management, metadata, version control, and file systems.
- Experience with Acrobat DC, Adobe InDesign, and familiar with tools like Adobe Experience Manager and Jira Service Management.
Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.
Desired knowledge, skills and suitability
The ideal candidate will possess these qualifications, skills and knowledge, but also demonstrate suitability for the role and organizational culture. Key competencies for success in this role include:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) with basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS.
- Strong grasp of design principles, UX, accessibility (WCAG), and awareness of current digital trends.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks while consistently following standards and procedures.
- Skilled in problem-solving, critical thinking, and adapting to changing priorities.
- Effective communicator (written and verbal) with the ability to collaborate across stakeholders and work independently.
- Self-motivated with a commitment to learning and delivering on commitments.
