We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our eServices for Citizens team within Information & Communication Technology Division. This position is responsible for overseeing the implementation, sustainment, and continuous improvement of public-facing digital services. This role ensures services are delivered efficiently, meet user needs, and align with Government of Yukon’s digital standards. Working closely with departments, vendors, and internal teams, the Service delivery manager provides leadership and support for the development and use of core digital services and platforms provided by eServices branch. This position plays a key role in ensuring high-quality, accessible, and reliable digital experiences for Yukon citizens.

Essential Qualifications

- Education in computer science, IT, web development, business, or a related field.
- Experience designing and delivering digital products and services in professional, agile environments.
- Experience in UX/service design, prototyping, and iterative development.
- Experience in user research and data analysis to inform service improvements.
- Experience in stakeholder consultation, expectation management, and CMS administration (Drupal preferred).
Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.

The ideal candidate will possess these qualifications, skills and knowledge, but also demonstrate suitability for the role and organizational culture. Key competencies for success in this role include:
- Strong understanding of service design, product management, user research, and data analysis for digital service delivery.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines with strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of emerging digital technologies and disciplines including UX, web analytics, and business policy.
- Effective communicator with strong written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Collaborative and self-directed, able to engage stakeholders and deliver results independently or in teams.
