This posting will be used to fill 1 (One) permanent full-time position working 75 bi-weekly. It will establish a 6 -month eligibility list which may be used to fill similar positions.

Your role
Reporting to the Director of Quality and Safety this position is responsible for providing administrative, financial, clerical, and logistical support services specifically to the Director of Quality and Safety and Branch staff. At times the position may also provide these duties to other areas of Continuing Care as needed as well.

Essential qualifications

- Proficient in Microsoft office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and document management (PROOF)
- Experience making travel arrangements, including completing and tracking all required documents and tracking finances.
- Experience providing client services in a fast-paced office environment.
- Recent experience providing a wide variety of administrative support, including information systems, records management, taking minutes, and management of confidential material
- Recent experience generating statistical reports and compiling data using Excel and other Continuing Care databases.

Job requirements
This job requires you to perform, and/or be exposed to, the following:
- Regular lifting up to 50 lbs of training equipment, cases of printer paper, moving computers and tables, travel within Whitehorse
