As an Administrative Assistant, you will form an integral part of our team by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the Whitehorse Health Centre. You are a team player with strong Organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced work environment. As the first point of contact for members of the community accessing health services, you will rely on your excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as your ability to maintain confidentiality.

Essential qualifications

- Experience providing a broad range of administrative support in a fast-paced office environment, including collecting and processing financial transactions, e.g. invoicing, arranging, and taking payments.
- Experience maintaining paper and electronic information/records systems.
