We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Capital Infrastructure Delivery team. This position supports the planning and execution of large-scale capital building projects throughout the Yukon. The role is responsible for leading both the planning phase (consultation, design, regulatory approvals, procurement) and the project implementation phase through strong contract, budget and schedule management, providing expert technical advice to senior management, and leading a team in the coordination and successful delivery of infrastructure and/or building projects.

Essential Qualifications
Please submit your resume clearly demonstrating how you meet the qualifications below. Selections for further consideration will be based solely on the information you provide in your resume.
- A degree in engineering, business, project management or considerable experience as a project manager for large-scale infrastructure and/or building projects
- Significant experience managing large-scale construction projects from initial planning to successful delivery, including development and management of scope, procurement, budget, and schedule, preferably in the building construction and/or transportation industry.
- Experience managing employees, contractors and consultants
- Experience with financial management (i.e., budgeting, planning, analysing financial data, procuring, etc.)
- Experience with schedule reviews and dealing with contractor claims is an asset
- Experience working with First Nation governments and small communities is an asset
Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.
