The Executive Council Office is the centre of excellence for the Government of Yukon. We are leaders in the modernization of government standards and processes.
We provide central strategic advice to advance government priorities through policy development, communications, intergovernmental relations, Indigenous relations, major project management, youth initiatives, Indigenous and scientific knowledge and by supporting the Water Board and the Commissioner’s Office. The department also provides direct support to the Premier and Cabinet.

The opportunity…
The Supervisor, Client Services reports to the Water Board Secretariat Director and is responsible for direct supervision of the administrative unit. Working collaboratively as part of the Secretariat Management Team, this position is responsible for ensuring an efficient workflow and consistent service standards.
The Supervisor, Client Services develops, implements, and manages all administrative and financial programs, services, and policies to facilitate the activities of the Secretariat and the Board, and supports the Secretariat's Director, Technical Advisors, and the Licensing unit. Additionally, the position is responsible for organizing and managing administrative, financial, and executive support to the Board.

Essential Qualifications
- Completion of post-secondary coursework in business administration, office administration with a focus on administration and management, or other related fields.
- Experience leading a team, developing, and training employees.
- Experience managing administrative processes and procedures to ensure quality control and efficiency.
- Recent financial management, tracking financial/budgetary needs, and procurement and operations management experience.
- Experience maintaining paper and electronic filing systems.
Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.
